Team Post #2: Denim & Supply Ralph Lauren

Here we come with Team Post #2: Denim & Supply Ralph Lauren!

The ad for the store looks amazing, it gives a vintage vibe to it along with the boho theme.

The writers' opinions:

Felipe: I like this collection, maintains the trends of this year as the Bohemian Style with this touch modernist and simply. I would have liked more earth colors or vivid colors, but the collection per se, is good, more not is my style.

Rawan: To be honest this floor of nelly is not my favorite at all. There is nothing new, we basically had the items before.

Maurice: I think that the "Denim & Supply (Ralph Lauren)" part of Nelly is actually the most interesting one of the store ; the graphics are good and very representative of what we can find in any Ralph Lauren ad... and make some very good "staple" pieces for a wardrobe - specially the shoes and the jeans !

Glimmer: I have mixed opinions about this store. The ad for the store looks awesome, but, the store doesn't appeal to me much. While making an outfit for this post, I really had to struggle to find the right item for my style. On one hand are the bottoms in the collection, super versatile and totally worth buying. On the other hand are the rest of the items, that aren't as versatile. Overall, this release is okay in my opinion.

Team Post #1: Subcouture

The team post is a new concept to the blog. This is where all the writers come together and we post our outfits for the store and give our comments on what we think about the store.

Here we start with the first release, Subcouture.

Subcouture was a time-limited collection released about 2 weeks back. It had two floors featuring a mix of very versatile items and some extravagant dresses.

The writers' opinions:

Glimmer: I think this collection of Subcouture is among the really good collections as compared to the older ones. It had a bunch of versatile items like the pair of jeans and the leather jacket, and these items were my favorites from the collection.

Maurice: I genuinely liked this Subcouture edition! It is full of basics but with that 2016 twist : The short jackets for example. My two favorite pieces are the pink fur and the mint skirt ; they are statements that could be difficult to style, but they look so playful!

Felipe: From my point of view, this is one of the best collections of subcouture, I just love the items. I like the grunge theme and the leather, the pastel tones in the items, the grand interior of the street and the variety of styles simply makes this collection the best collection of the year!
Rawan: Subcouture is one of my favorite stores on Stardoll, this collection is one of the best one we ever had! I loved the colors they used for this collection, and the items we saw here are so trendy in 2016.
